Return & Refund Policy

We stand behind every cup of Skyrocket Coffee. If there’s an issue with your order, we will make it right.
But if it’s not your thing, we’ll refund you.

Coffee Orders

We accept returns and offer refunds on coffee orders within 30 days of purchase, as long as we can verify the purchase.

Note: This excludes purchases made through our Amazon store.
Amazon handles its own return policies — please refer directly to their process for returns or refunds.

If you’d like to start a return, email us at orders@skyrocketcoffee.com with:

  • Your name
  • Order number
  • Reason for return

We’re happy to help.

Merchandise & Non-Coffee Items

For non-coffee items like mugs and merch:

  • We accept returns or exchanges on unused or defective items
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase
  • If something’s faulty, we’ll make it right

To begin, email orders@skyrocketcoffee.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Your name
  • Reason for return
  • The item(s) and quantity

We’ll follow up with return instructions.

Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, we’re on it. We’ll replace damaged items quickly and without hassle.

Please send:

  • A photo of the damaged item (and the box, if applicable)
  • Your original order number
  • The best shipping address for the replacement

We’ll use this info to resolve the issue and work with our shipping partners if needed.
