Grown in the volcanic soil of Chiapas and decaffeinated using the Certified Organic Mountain Spring Water Process, this cup features subtle notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and citrus. While listed as a dark roast, it leans toward the medium side, delivering boldness with balance.

The Perfect Cup Lies in the Roasting Process
Unlike traditional drum roasting, which uses a metal drum to roast the beans, we air roast our coffee beans. Air roasting suspends the beans in a chamber of hot air, creating an even roast from all sides. This results in a more consistent roast and a more even extraction of flavors.
