Papua New Guinea – Chimbu Region

Single Origin | Organic Beans Used | Lab Tested for Purity

Available in Dark Roast & Medium Roast
All of our coffees are low acidity, making them smooth and easy on the stomach.

Bold. Smooth. Deeply satisfying.

Our Papua New Guinea coffee from the lush Chimbu highlands delivers a savory, full-bodied cup that rewards every sip. You might notice hints of sweet black tea and a deep chocolate finish—or maybe just a rich, chocolatey depth. Tasting notes are personal: some experience every subtle layer, others connect with just one bold flavor. Either way, this is seriously good coffee.

We use a unique roasting process to bring out clean, complex flavors without bitterness. Our beans are certified organic at the source, and the coffee is lab tested for purity—so you get a cup that’s both flavorful and clean.

Dark vs. Medium Roast – Which One’s for You?
- Prefer a bold, coffee-forward flavor? You’ll likely enjoy the dark roast.
- Crave a milder, smoother cup? The medium roast is your go-to.

The Perfect Cup Lies in the Roasting Process

Unlike traditional drum roasting, which uses a metal drum to roast the beans, we air roast our coffee beans. Air roasting suspends the beans in a chamber of hot air, creating an even roast from all sides. This results in a more consistent roast and a more even extraction of flavors.

Taste the Coffee

The hot air used in the roasting process creates a lighter, brighter, and fruitier flavor profile, with more nuanced notes and a cleaner finish.
